At Chaloy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Chaloy is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Sale items or promotional purchases may not be eligible for refunds unless stated otherwise.

Chaloy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
